My second fic :) I'm not entirely sure how this reads coz i think i have too many commas. I'm never quite sure what to do with them. *pulls face*
Title: Real Touches
Author: Shandi_Mai
Pairing: Jeff/Chip
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Fluffyness in a hotel room. Written as a stand alone but i may add more.
They had been sat together watching TV late at night in a nameless hotel room when they had first touched. Real touches that were so different from the ones shared on stage. They had been propped up against the headboard of Chip’s bed, splashes of colour from the black and white film they were watching dappling their faces in the otherwise darkened room.
The scene had been romantic, troubled and melancholy, and it had created an atmosphere around them as palpable as it was heady. As much as he had resisted, Chip hadn’t been able to stop himself from moving closer to his friend, feeling the warmth radiating from Jeff’s side as comforting as the steady rhythm of his breathing. Their hands that at first had been folded in their laps or tucked behind their heads soon found their way to their sides, one each resting comfortably together in the centre of the bed.
Slowly, ever so slowly they had met, sliding together and joining, wrapping around and caressing softly, neither sure who had initiated the contact and neither caring. From there it was only a matter of moments, a matter of movements, that had them coming together in an embrace. Jeff had turned to him, a soft smile on his lips as he let go of Chip’s fingers to run the back of his hand up his side, across his chest, to rest on his cheek. Jeff’s fingers stroked his skin and Chip breathed deeply as Jeff moved closer to him, wrapping his other arm around his waist and drawing him close.
The film was forgotten as they lay together, both panting with closed eyes, Chip reaching for fistfuls of Jeff’s shirt. Smiling to himself Jeff used the hand on Chip’s cheek to guide Chip around to face him, and then rested their foreheads together, gently breathing in each other’s warmth. Jeff chuckled softly under his breath and Chip clung on tighter, drawing Jeff towards him even more until Jeff’s body was all but covering his.
‘We shouldn’t be doing this.’ Jeff whispered, his eyes still tightly shut as if caught in a spell. Beneath him Chip shook his head, ran a hand up his back to rest gently on his neck.
‘I know.’ He replied, his voice shaky, his breath hitching. Slowly he drew Jeff down to him, their lips barely brushing before Jeff pulled back, finally opening his eyes and gazing down at his friend.
‘You know this will change everything.’ Jeff stated, his gaze firm but shadowed with a lust that made Chip tremble into the mattress. He reached an unsteady hand up to touch Jeff’s lips, his thumb stroking back and forth over the enticing softness he had yet to capture. He shook his head.
‘I don’t care.’ He said again, and closed the gap between them once more. This time, neither of them pulled away.
