wl_fanfiction2010 WL_FANFICTION AWARDS NOMINATIONS
Nominations will be up until Tuesday, January 25th. You will have until then to nominate your favorite stories for all awards, after which sorting will take place and proper voting will begin. Please try your very best to nominate a story for every award. It is not required that you do so, however we are a small fandom, and the more participation, the better!
The nominations are set up thusly: There are 5 categories to be considered: genre awards, characterization awards, specifics awards, specialized awards and the overall best award. Each of these will have a separate poll so you can do them at your leisure and not feel the pressure of having to do them all at once.
Polls FAQ:
• Please fill out ALL your nominations in a poll before hitting "submit." When you hit "submit" it will only count the votes for that specific poll.
• When nominating, please state the title of the story AND the author in case there are stories with the same/similar titles.
• Please do not nominate yourself. Self-nominations will not be counted.
• Yes, you can nominate a story for multiple categories.
• The polls are text entry, and the answers will only be visible to me. If you'd rather not fill out the polls, you can also feel free to PM or email me with your nominations.
As a refresher, again, HERE'S THE LIST OF THIS YEAR'S ELIGIBLE STORIES. Please take the time to read as much as you can!

*Neither "threesome" nor "first time" need to specifically refer to a sexual act. Other interpretations are welcome.
**In regards to 'less popular pairings,' this refers to any instance where a pairing has shown up less than 10 times in the past year, and therefore precludes Ryan/Colin, Greg/Jeff, Ryan/Greg, Ryan/Brad, Greg/Colin, or Threesomes--which have their own category.
***To accommodate the removal of other categories,this is not strictly limited to "players." It can refer to players, wives, OCs, etc.
