[identity profile] beccierocks.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] wl_fanfiction
Hi there!
I have a been a lurker for some time now and decided to come out of the shadows. I tried the iTunes drabble challenge just for a first post. Most of it is fairly tame but there is some language so I would say this post is an R. I hope you like them!

p.s: This also my first time posting to a community (being new to Livejournal and all) so if it goes wrong...I'm sorry!

Dreaming of You - Greg/Jeff

Greg sat in his living room, thinking as usual. Oh how he missed that boy. Sure he had been a bit of a pain in the ass at times...but he sure did miss him. He looked down at his cell that sat on the coffee table. He had been sat staring at it for hours, wondering whether to call. Softly, he sighed to himself and picked it up. Opening his outbox, he started a new message. "Jeff...I fucking miss you dude." He then pressed the red delete button and the message was gone.

5 Years Time - Brad/Greg

2013. Brad smiled softly to himself and he walked through London Zoo, his hand softly caressing the rough skin of the one he was holding. They looked at each other and smiled, the sun shining down on the pair of them like angels were smiled down on them. Brad then laughed an pointed childishly at an elephant.
"Greg! Look!"
Greg looked at the elephant and then felt his hand being dropped. The other man then ran behind him and covered his eyes over with his hand.
"Dude! What the..."
Greg almost swore but Brad giggling just tipped him over and they laughed together. Brad then spun Greg around in his arms and they faced each other. Brad leaned down to kiss the smug face of his lover.

2008. It was then Brad woke up...

I Don't Wanna Talk About It - Greg/Ryan (with implied Colin/Ryan)

Greg sat on the sofa. Ryan sat in the armchair. A silent tear rolled down Ryan’s cheek. Greg carried on smoking his cigarette. The smoke swirled upwards towards the light. The pattern fascinated him...and took his mind off of what had just happened. He had seen it coming for a long time but had hoped he would be brought down to Earth with such a harsh bump. With a sigh, he stubbed out his cigarette and turned his head, his eyes meeting the watery green ones of his boyfriend. He sighed, holding back the tears.
“So Ryan, how long have you and Colin been...together?”

Year 3000 - Brad/ Jeff

Brad was watching the film, fascinated by the colours of the screen. Jeff looked across at him and couldn’t surpress the laugh. Brad looked back at him, an eyebrow raised in question.
“What’s so funny?”
“What you thinking?”
Brad sighed and watched the screen again. He seemed to sink back into his thoughts. He then spoke in a dreamy voice.
“I wonder whether triple breasted women will exist in the future...wouldn’t it be amazing?”
Jeff looked slightly offended but then laughed. Typical Brad. He wouldn’t change him for the world.

Little Green Bag - Greg/Jeff

“What are you doing with a girl’s bag Jeff?”
“It’s not a girl’s bag ACTUALLY. The woman in the store told me it matched my eyes...”
“It really doesn’t dude...it makes you look...gay...”
*snicker*
“What’s so funny?”
“You.”
“What did I say?”
“Well, I may look gay...but you should know better than anyone that that is the intention Gregory.”
“Don’t call me Gregory...”
“You’re funny when you’re mad...”
“Shut up...”
“Sexy too...”
“Oh fuck it! Kiss my you fool with a gay bag!”

Ironic - Chip/Paul

Who would have thought it? Back in the ‘Britline’ days, no-one would have guessed it. They didn’t appear on the show together...they were from different continents on the other side of the Atlantic. But the truth was, Paul couldn’t live without Chip. The long months away from each other were hell and then days when they would film the show would be worse as they would only have the evening to themselves. But the funny thing is...the irony of their situation made it perfect. Paul had never been conventional and Chip had always been spontaneous. It was Chip’s nature that led to this. Paul standing at the alter, clutching Chip’s hand in his. They would never be apart again...

I Thought It Was Over - Greg/Ryan

“Ryan...I can’t do this anymore! You love Colin! You don’t need me!”
Tears clouded over Greg’s eyes as he felt himself drift into dispair. He loved Ryan with all of his heart...but Ryan loved Colin. Simple as! He had to let him go...as they say, sometimes when you love someone, you have to let them go. Greg went to close the door when Ryan stuck his over-sized foot in the gap, stopping it from closing. His desperation was clear in his eyes.
“It’s not over Greg...I love you!”
Ryan looked into Greg’s eyes through the gap in the door, tracing the tears with his eyes.
“I need you, you sarcastic bastard. I fucking need you!”

She Will be Loved - Greg/Josie

Leaning over the grave, a silent tear rolled down Josie’s cheek. Ryan had been her lover for the longest time. They never fit perfectly...but they tried bloody hard. She placed the rose on the grave when a shadow covered her body. She didn’t need to look up...she knew who it was. She always knew when he was near. He ran a hand through her hair and she leaned back into his touch. It was then she knew where she belonged. She turned to face the shadow and stood up so that she was level with him. The wind ruffled their hair. She lifted a hand a traced his cheek with her fingertips. She then touched the rim of his glasses before breaking down into tears. He collected her up in his arms and started to try and sooth her. It was then she finally said the words.
“I love you Gregory Proops...”
The puzzle was finally complete...

A&E - Josie

Josie sat on the seat in front of the doctor for the fifth time this month. What could she say? She was accident prone. People might start to think she was in an abusive relationship...the only abusive relationship she was in was tripping over the cat on several occasions. She flashed the, now familiar, doctor a smile before he shook his head and turned on his torch. He looked at the cut on her forehead and shook his head with distaste. He prepared the sutures and sighed.
“What happened this time Miss Lawrence?”
“Unfortunate sofa raving accident...”

Carry You Home - Greg/Josie

Placing her down on the bed, Greg looked down at the passed out girl and shook his head. It was always this way. Josie would get amazing sloshed, trying to make out with various members of the Whose Line cast and then it was left to Greg to carry her home. He sighed and passed a hand through her pretty auburn hair.
“Goodnight Miss Lawrence...”
He went to kiss her forehead but decided against it. He raised up and turned to leave when he felt an arm on his as it tugged him back. His head was pulled down and his lips touched those of the girl of his dreams. Shock took over and he pulled back. She had been flirty tonight but he was not going to be a notch on her bedpost.
“Josie...you’re drunk.”
Smiling, she pulled the flushed man’s ear towards her lips and whispered.
“I’m not drunk...I was drinking water all evening...”
