RATING: Not Good with ratings, so, PG-13 and upwards?
DISCLAIMER: Not mine *sniffle* And their still not mine in my piece of fanfic either. *double sniffle* So, please don’t sue me, cause I’ve run out of tissues. :-)
SUMMARY: Sometimes time can be a pleasant thing and other times not so pleasant. So on that, something happened some time ago that affected two people; one in a positive way, the other still struggles to get over it to this day.
ACCOLADES: A huge thank you to clayangel for her great beta-ing super powers and also a thank you to, betise, whom without her invaluable input, well, Clay’s work may have been about ten times as difficult.
Word count: 5,222

AUTHORS NOTES: I should warn you that it can take me a bit of a while to get things rolling and I have a feeling that this story is no exception, so, please, please, please be patient, because I promise you I will get there in the end. :-) Also, I write introspectively, as in, more often than not, I get inside their heads, so it might be a bit of a hard read at times. I’m hoping that it will all be worth it in the end though – and if there is anyone else who can make it to the end also, well, I’m hoping you’ll find that it has been worth it too :-)

...So, anyhoo, I’ve pontificated enough I guess. Here we go... (Can you tell I’m nervous? – chuckle)
