Title: The Tortoise and the Hare
Pairing: Chip/Greg
Rating:
G
Summary: "I do"
Disclaimer: I only own my pen

No one ever thought that they would ever make it to this day. The tortoise and the hare, people would call them. To those around them the contrast in personalities were so different it was guaranteed to be an explosive relationship. However, they proved their critics wrong and made it to the altar. It was a gorgeous day, a warm sunshine beamed through the sky without a cloud in sight. The ceremony was nothing short of perfect for the soon to be newlyweds. With the vows already shared and the rings exchanged, Chip Esten and Greg Proops may finally say 2 simple words they've been waiting to say for 10 years.

"I do."

Title: Alone
Pairing: Drew/Jeff, mentioning of Brad/Jeff
Rating:
PG
Summary: "I hope you both rot in hell."
Disclaimer: Again, I only own my pen

Drew wasn't used to being alone in their house. Jeff would always be with him, staying wrapped up in each others arms. Instead, Drew was wrapped up in a bottle of Jack Daniels, attempting to forget his heartbreak. Jeff Davis was dead to him now. Drew glared at an old photo of them, around the time they first got together. He then turned his attention to the other man in the picture, the reason why Jeff was gone, Brad. Brad backstabbing Sherwood, the man who just had to steal his love from him. In a flash of blind fury, Drew picked up the framed photo and threw it against a wall.

"I hope you both rot in hell."

Ooh, fun pairings. ^_^ Drew/Jeff is one of my odd guilty pleasures. And angry!Drew is kind of hot. To be honest, I find the first piece a little bland and generic It's certainly written well, but I think the fun of that pairing is showing how they work together rather than just saying they do.

But in contrast, I very much like the second piece. Both great rare!pairs, and I really enjoy the imagery and the language used, particularly the picture. And the imagery of him looking at the picture. It's the kind of thing that inspires me to draw. In fact... *does a quick sketch* I don't have the time to do a real picture, but it was still something I wanted to draw. :)

I agree with [livejournal.com profile] clayangel about the first one. Back stories are fun. ^_^ What sorts of trials and tribulations did Chip and Greg have to go through to get to that altar? Ten years is a lot of time.

But I love Chip/Greg and am always pleased to meet a fellow Chip/Greg fan! *high five*

I like the second one. It's raw and painful and I enjoy your Drew. :)

Poor Drew :(

Both drabbles were interesting reads with unusual pairings; I'm always interested in people's takes on rare pairings. Thanks for sharing!
