wl_fanfiction | 2009 WL_FANFICTION AWARDS VOTING!

Nominations are closed and counted and now the fun part begins: voting!

Polls will be open until Friday, January 22nd at 11:59 pm EST so you have time to catch up on any stories you might not have read (and I have time to make the awards ^_^;). Please DO NOT vote for yourself; those votes will not be counted. At the end of the week, the winners will be announced and presented with shiny banners to show off. ^_^ Congratulations to everyone nominated and good luck!

A couple notes: 1) While it was up for nominations, the "It Was All the Booze!" category was taken out of voting due to a lack of stories embodying the meaning of that award. 2) In an unprecedented turn of events, every single nomination for one particular award happened to be the exact same story. The author obviously wins it hands down, but the poll for that award is still up here to amuse me. ^_^

*ALSO! My bad. I totally forgot to put Captanonymus as the coauthor for Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, so this is my shout out to her.

Oh hey I got nominated! This year I really didn't expect it *smiles* Thank you, whoever you were ;) I just voted, but only on the categories where I had actually read the stories, so most of them remained empty for me, hope that's okay.

Sadly enough I don't have time :) I have a final of Archeology tomorrow, one on theatre on Saturday and then one on Music History next week, and I have to go to work. I'm not allowed back on LJ until the exams are over ;)

Good Lord! I have never been nominated *ever*! Do you know how happy this makes me?? And how guilty I feel?!?! I've not been very active (that's an understatement) in this com and to get so many noms is just....wow....I am soooo hitching a ride on PD's awesomeness here though :-) and don't think I don't know it :-) She is fantastically talented and I was honoured and awed that she was willing to colaborate *biiig kissy noises sweet pea!*
