This has been posted elsewhere but I believe in being fair and therefore I shall post it here too, merely so this community can equally recoil in horror, beat their chest and shout " be gone thou creation of darkness"
As I am utterly uninformed about the etiquette of cross posting/double posting, advice would be appreciated. I certainly would not want to insult people unknowingly (Knowingly, now that's another matter altogether.)

 
This story sprouted from an idea that developed after reading a challenge in the Ryan & Colin community. It has not been finished and to tell the truth, the main reason I'm posting it, is to see if it's worth continuing. I, as of yet, have no idea where this is going. The tale leaves off at a crossroads, happy or sad, I just don't know.... I might take it to a vote with the esteemed community
