Just a silly idea that popped into my head......enjoy!

It was Saturday morning and Ryan chatted and laughed with Colin as they walked along the corridor together towards the green room before taping started. As they neared the door, however, they paused as they heard Wayne say their names loudly and Brad hushing him quickly before continuing to speak. Colin and Ryan looked at each other, intrigued, and crept closer to listen.

".....seen the way they are together," Brad was whispering,"you can't say that you've never thought about it."

"Oh come on Brad," Wayne said in a low voice, "of course they're close....they're best friends."

"Yeah but what about all the kissing on stage and touchy feely stuff?" Brad argued.

"We all do that Brad," Wayne pointed out, "it's called improvising."

"Yeah, but you have to admit that they take it further than anyone else," Brad said softly, "and the way they look at each other...."

There was a pause and Ryan and Colin glanced at each other, raising their eyebrows, before they heard Wayne's reply. "Well.....they're obviously comfortable enough in their friendship to do that for a laugh."

"No, it's more than that," Brad said firmly.

"You could always ask them" Wayne said, and Ryan and Colin could picture the smirk on his face.

"I don't think so," Brad replied with a snort, "I'm far too good looking to die this young."

"Well I think you're reading way too much into this," Wayne said. "You should just forget about it."

There was silence for a few seconds then they heard Brad's voice again. "I tell you what. I will bet you a hundred dollars that I can prove Ryan and Colin are more than friends."

"How exactly are you going to prove it?" Wayne asked sceptically.

"We'll just have to catch them out," Brad replied, "then you won't be able to deny it."

"Ok, you're on," Wayne said confidently, "but you only have until the end of today to do it."

"It's a deal," Brad agreed. Ryan and Colin heard the clap of a handshake as Wayne said, "Easiest money I'll ever make."

Ryan looked at Colin with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes, a look that said let's mess with them and Colin grinned. This was going to be fun.

They crept back up the corridor and waited a few minutes before approaching it again, talking loudly. Ryan pushed the green room door open and entered, followed by Colin. They greeted Wayne and Brad normally before sitting together on the sofa, continuing to chat and pretending not to notice the other two watching them more closely than normal.

As they chatted Colin casually put a hand on Ryan's thigh, Wayne and Brad following the movement with their eyes before Brad looked at Wayne meaningfully. After several minutes Ryan ran a hand through his hair as he spoke before resting his arm behind Colin, seemingly oblivious of Brad's smug smile directed at Wayne who shook his head.

At that moment Drew poked his head in and said, "Hey guys, you ready?"

They all greeted him and got up to go. Wayne and Brad were first out the door and Colin and Ryan shared a secret grin before following.

The day's taping was filled with sexual innuendos, Colin and Ryan exchanging meaningful looks and touches even more than usual, which Drew found hilarious and the audience loved. Brad continued to throw I told you so looks in Wayne's direction and Wayne looked like he was losing his confidence in winning the bet.

When they finished for the day, Ryan and Colin headed off to their dressing rooms together. Brad grabbed Wayne's arm and they both followed at a discreet distance. As they approached Ryan's dressing room they could see that the door was slightly ajar and they both stopped suddenly when they heard a groan from inside. They glanced at each other briefly before creeping closer to stand by the door as another moan was heard. Brad tried to peek through the small crack between the door and the doorframe but he couldn't see anything.

As he shook his head at Wayne's questioning glance, they both heard Ryan's voice from inside. "Mmmm, that feels so good," followed a few seconds later by, "Oh yeah, just like that."

Wayne's eyes widened as Brad smiled smugly. Wayne was just about to point out that it could be anyone in there with Ryan when they heard Ryan gasp, "That's it Col, just there," and his eyebrows shot up in shock. Brad looked at Wayne as he grasped the door handle and mouthed "One....two...three," before they burst through the door, Brad with a triumphant expression on his face and Wayne with his hand half covering his eyes.

Brad's victory was short-lived however as he took in the scene, disappointed to see that Colin and Ryan were both fully clothed.  Ryan was sitting in a chair facing the door with his head down. Colin was standing behind him, his hands massaging Ryan's shoulders gently. Ryan's head shot up at the intrusion while Colin raised his eyebrows at the pair. Wayne dropped his hand and stood looking awkward beside Brad who was still frozen clutching the door handle and staring.

"Something we can do for you two?" Colin asked, an expression of complete innocence on his face.

"Wha...what are you doing?" Brad asked lamely.

Colin smiled. "Ryan's back is playing up so I'm loosening it up a bit." He paused briefly before asking, "Did you two want something?"

"You er...I mean we...we were..." Brad stammered, his improv skills failing him as Ryan and Colin looked at him expectantly.

"You were what?" Ryan prompted, eyes twinkling, as Colin continued his massage.

"We were just....looking for you because...er," Brad floundered, "...er...Wayne needed to talk to you," he finished in a rush.

Wayne's eyes shot to Brad's face in surprise and disbelief as Ryan's and Colin's gaze switched to him.

"Did you need to see one or both of us Wayne?" Colin asked with a smile as Wayne looked back at them hopelessly.

"Actually, you know what?" Wayne replied nervously, "um...it doesn't matter....I'll catch up with you later ok?"

They both started to move backwards but Ryan wasn't going to let them off the hook that easily. "Come on Wayne, out with it," he said firmly, "it must have been important judging by the way you burst in here."

Colin looked down to hide a smirk as Wayne looked desperately at Brad for help, his mind going blank. Brad just shrugged as if to say "search me."

Wayne took a deep breath, deciding that if he was going to go down then he was taking Brad with him. He looked at Ryan and said quickly, "We burst in here because we heard you moaning and Brad thought that you two were..." he cleared his throat and trailed off looking embarrassed. Brad stood gaping at him.

"That we were what?" Colin asked, stopping Ryan's massage and putting on a confused expression. Neither Brad nor Wayne answered, both of them shuffling their feet and looking anywhere but at the two.

"Do you know what they mean Ryan?" Colin asked after a minute of awkward silence, desperately trying to keep a straight face.

Ryan looked up at Colin and smirked. "I don't Colin. What could they possibly have thought we were doing?"

They stared at each other for a moment before bursting into laughter, Brad and Wayne looking up and staring at them in confusion.

"Shall we put them out of their misery?" Colin asked Ryan with a grin.

"I suppose so," Ryan chuckled. "Shame though, that was highly entertaining."

Wayne was looking between the two in disbelief as Brad suddenly realised what was going on.

"You know," he stated, shaking his head.

Ryan and Colin both laughed at Wayne's expression as he cottoned on. "Yes. We overheard your conversation this morning and your little wager boys," Colin smirked.

"It was Brad's idea," Wayne said, glaring at Brad.

"Hey, you agreed," Brad argued.

"You're the one who thought that something was going on," Wayne shot back.

Brad opened his mouth to reply but Ryan cut in. "Boys, boys," he said getting up and grinning, "it was worth it for sheer entertainment value."

"Yeah, you should have seen your faces when you burst in," Colin laughed.

"So let's just forget it," Ryan said, patting them on the back as they let out a sigh of relief, "as long as you've got that stupid idea out of your head Brad. I won't be so forgiving next time."

Brad put his hands up, "Hey, I can admit when I'm wrong," he said grinning, "although now I owe Wayne a hundred dollars." Wayne rubbed his hands together gleefully as Brad asked, "Are you two coming out for a drink with us? Drew's coming."

"Yeah, we'll be there in a few," Colin replied smiling as they turned to go.

They nodded and left, Ryan watching them walk away down the corridor before closing the door. He felt Colin come up behind him and turned around. Colin had his arms crossed and one eyebrow raised as he looked at Ryan.

"Stupid idea huh?" he said softly. Ryan grinned, lifting his hands to Colin's face and leaning in for a kiss. Colin uncrossed his arms and wrapped them around Ryan as he opened his mouth and sighed contentedly.
